Dear Guest;You are the main focus of every hotel. You comments are welcome at anytime. Your comments enlighten us as to what we do well and what we need to improve.
Please, don't be shy about it. From our point of view, the best guest is the one that tells us as it is and what they expect.
Hotels accommodate perhaps every and each request; the exceptions are very limited.
In order to help you and the hotel please notice that:
- BHB is fair and neutral. We do not take sides but work to get the problem settled as quickly as possible.
- When you agree to arbitrate, it means that you are authorizing BHB to get in touch with the hotel in your behalf, and try to resolve your concern or congratulate them for any compliment.
- You have already gotten in touch with the hotel staff and/or management, but the resolution was not satisfactory.
- You have NOT contacted any other organization or entity.
- You have read the "Policies" page of BHB.
